We can think of the Book of Proverbs as a guide to, or statement of, general truth or advice. King Solomon, noted for his wisdom, is attributed to writing the majority of the chapters in the book of Proverbs, with the remaining chapters being written by Agur, King Lemuel, and group of unidentified men simply called “the wise”.
When we make Bible Study a fun experience rather than the “same-old”, or maybe even boring experience, more people will likely become actively involved in engaging the Word of God.
Although Bible knowledge is anything but “trivial”, the ability of Bible-centered puzzles, games, and trivia facts is a fun and challenging way to make engaging God’s resource for living more attractive to those who otherwise would not turn to the Bible for guidance.
