Arthur is the owner of Midlothian, Virginia-based ALCJR Enterprises, a Virginia state-certified (#687871) Small, Woman-owned, and Minority-owned (SWaM) business. He is a jewelry artisan and retailer of antique, vintage, and handcrafted silver, gold, and mixed-metal jewelry. Arthur is a Certified Pearl Specialist; certified by the Cultured Pearl Association of America, Inc. He has authored and published two editions of Cameos, Timeless Masterpieces of Glyptic Art (ISBN 978-0-9752760-1-3).
In addition to being a jewelry artisan and the exclusive designer and crafter of the jewelry that bears his United States Patent and Trademark Office registered trademark (Reg. # 5695147), Arthur is a digital content creator.
